Bringing a water sample?

→ Use a clean container — a soap-rinsed jar with the soap fully rinsed out, or a Ziploc with 1 cup of water.
→ Pull the sample from elbow-deep in the pool, away from skimmers and returns.
→ Test the same day — chlorine breaks down within 24 hrs and skews the read.
→ Mention recent rain, new fills, or chemical adds — context matters for the recommendation.
